Fine Artist, Designer, Illustrator - Blood, Sweat and Tears

Over my life as an artist, I have worked with oils, pencil, pen and ink, watercolors and computer generated illustration. In this gallery, I have presented to you only a small sampling of a 30-year body of work as a fine artist, illustrator and graphic designer.

I hope you enjoy your time spent here.

Nick Ladas had his painting "Brothers In Arms" Juried into the 2015 CM Russell Museum Friday night "First Strike Art Sale" held in Great Falls, Montana.

"Painting is easy when you don't know how, but very difficult when you do."

Edgar Degas

My studio has paintings of Cowboys and Indians done in 1973 hanging on its walls. As a young boy growing up in Montana, I was enamored with the west's history and lore and many years later I still am. Those paintings, done by me as a boy in the basement of our Billings home, are on my wall to remind me of who I am and where I have come from.
